TML has stayed close to insert moulding since the inception of the technology some twenty years ago.

The process may be specified for a variety of reasons - colour, texture (soft touch) or for technical reasons (e.g. metal insert moulding) and TML's production has the expertise and capability to adapt to all of these.

A close relationship with injection moulding machinery supplier, Wittmann Battenfeld, has enabled TML to adopt the latest process techniques in the over moulding area. 

The company's twin expertise in metals and plastics production has also enabled its current capabilities with the insert moulding process. TML continues to invest in production machinery, process knowhow and tooling.
