Thornbury Manufacturing Limited (TML) was founded in 1995 in order to grow a business in technical trade moulding. The company has grown from strength to strength since and now employs some 30 people operating on a site footprint of nearly 20,000 sq feet.

Plastics trade moulding; plastics-to-metal bonding, fixing and medical device manufacturing are all key components of the TML portfolio. All TML's measuring equipment is calibrated and recorded. SPC and AQL checks are also carried out as requested by TML's customers.

TML primarily manufactures highly engineered quality products: these include thermoplastic injection mouldings, ferrous and non-ferrous metal pressings and assemblies. A 'one stop shop' approach to supply and service means that all manufacturing needs can be catered for under one roof – production, printing, assembly, packaging and dispatch; all from TML Ltd.

Energy saving measures and green initiatives are also a key part of TML's successful modus operandi. The company has worked successfully with the Carbon Trust in commissioning equipment to reduce overall energy cost and carbon footprint per part. A recent LED lighting programme at TML has also reduced energy outgoings in that area by a factor of four.

TML is ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 qualified. The business has an established reputation for being the first port of call when designers and customers wish to develop new projects and discuss all areas of production; moulding, metal-press parts, printing and assembly work.
